8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned products must be:

  • unworn,

  • unwashed,

  • and returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error made by Rudy's Bears.

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

9. Customized Products

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective due to a manufacturing fault.

10. Liability

Rudy's Bears shall not be held liable for:
